Welcome to the Real Estate Services Division's online service request system, Customer Requests: Upgraded Information Sharing Environment, or "CRUISE".

It’s Real Estate Services Division’s (RESD) new and improved online project initiation system that is replacing the outdated original CRUISE system. Just click www.globalcruise.dgs.ca.gov, to create a new user account (all users must re-enter their information into Global CRUISE) and submit your RESD service requests via Global CRUISE.
