Welcome to the Office of Fleet Asset and Management's (OFAM) Mileage Log application. This application allows users that lease California State vehicles on a monthly basis from the Office of Fleet Asset and Management (OFAM) to record their ending monthly mileage online.

To use this application you must first register to obtain a user identification and password. To register click on the button below.

If you have a problem registering or with the application email the or call OTR Call Center at (916) 375-4357. Direct all other questions to the leasing Garage.
Important: All mileage must be recorded by the 5th working day of the month to avoid a $50.00 late fee. Mileage must be recorded for the full month. If you are recording mileage for a partial month you must send your information to the leasing garage for processing.

If you use this application to submit your mileage log you no longer have to submit a copy of the STD-273 daily trip log to the leasing garage.

Mileage is recorded for the prior month. For example, October's mileage is recorded in November. Data integrity is the responsibility of the user.

The following information is required to use this application.

  • Vehicle License Plate Number ("E" Plate Number) or Equipment Number.
  • End miles for the month.
